I stopped by Yamake-san who had been looking for a natural potato for lunch on the way to Kurokawa Onsen.The outside of the shop looks like an old house and there is a hearth when you enter insideI asked for the shop's recommended menu TororozenHomemade milk agar is available for simmering rice, boiled, small bowl, pickles, tighteningI really felt the flavor and umami of the yamLooking at the homepage, the shop owner seems to have a strong feeling for the natural potatoes, and seems to have had a hard time growing it.Will visit again
